CSI Certificate & Certification
Programs
CDT, CCS, CCCA, CCPR
CSI credentials give you, as well as your firm, recognition
in a highly competitive market.
Becoming CSI Certified
- The CDT certificate program is the first step toward

– CCS, CCCA, and CCPR.
- Each designation requires the successful completion of
a comprehensive multiple-choice examination based on a core
body of knowledge drawn from The Project Resource Manual,
and other referenced sources.
- The CDT is a lifetime award; there is no need to renew
this certificate.
- CSI certifications (CCS, CCCA, and CCPR) require renewal
every three years based on continuing education requirements.

Spring 2009 Exam Source Material Update
All exams in 2009 will reflect the updated 2007 versions of
the AIA and EJCDC source documents.
2009 exams will also be updated for 2007 versions of PageFormat
and SectionFormat. The 2009 Exam Study Guides outline all
exam source materials. An Addendum to the 2009 Exam Study
Guides may also be downloaded from www.csinet.org/certification
. The purpose of the Addendum is to help candidates be aware
of the kinds of changes that have occurred. The Addendum is
only an overview of some major points and is not a substitute
for studying the new documents themselves. Candidates for
the Spring 2009 Exam are strongly urged to obtain and study
the new primary source documents, rather than relying on the
PRM or on older versions of the documents. This is the only
way to be sure of studying correct and up-to-date information.
Ordering Source Materials
The PRM is available online at www.csinet.org/projectresourcemanual.
Contact the American Institute of Architects for AIA source
materials at (800) 365-2724 / http://www.aia.org/docs_default

two months prior to exam with detailed instructions how to
schedule their Prometric test center appointment. To view
available Prometric test sites, visit Prometric website http://www.prometric.com/CSI/default.htm.
Select "Locate a Testing Center". You do not need
to be registered for an exam to view available test sites.
